Shipping and Tracking

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $10AUD flat rate shipping to all of Australia and New Zealand.

Local delivery

Local delivery to all of Perth CBD, & Peel Region $15 flat rate

Deliveries are made from (8am-6pm] on [every other Thursday]. If you are not home, you can leave a chilly box in a advised location and we can pop your order in there.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4/14 Rafferty Road, Mandurah, 6210.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are [Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-2pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, Sunday closed] Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Potential Delays and COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
